do i have any benefit related to my half deafness
hello everyone.my name is abdul1969. i am fully certified deaf from left ear wich i lost it since child.i am 56 now.i ve been dnied pip or any help while i read i am classified as disables person.i work full time though 35 hours a week.any advice or direction .thank you all

Hi,
Benefits are based on ability to complete tasks. They are not based on any specific conditions. You can have a recognised disability and not be entitled to any benefits.
PIP is the most likely benefit here, but if your partial deafness does not prevent you from completing the tasks safely and reliably for the PIP descriptors, then I'm afraid there isn't anything you can do about that.
If you believe you do fit the descriptors and were under-scored by the assessor, then you can make a Mandatory Reconsideration for them to look at your abilities again.
