I've turned to Scope to day, I'm new, I had in incident last night in a supermarket I think was a hate disability incident. I think I need to report it, but I'm so drained…Is it ok to ask you guys what I should do?

    Here is some information if you choose to report a hate crime. There is no pressure to do anything, you just do what you need to do to keep safe.
