How do I access work/employment support to get roles outside the UK?
I'm desperate to leave the UK as soon as possible. I've been trying to find a remote job so I can work wherever I want while I travel (hence managing my disability needs), but I' don't ear. I've tried making freelance I even fell for some scams in the past, like applying for transcription sites that never have any jobs when you actually go onto them.
Unfortunately, due to getting absolutely nowhere with this, and my mental health deteriorating due to the constant isolation and the burden of running a home by myself, I had to make a change. I gave up my tenanacy to do accommodation exchanges around the UK to enable me to travel on a budget while growing my income. I planned to do this before leaving the UK this summer to do this in other countries on working holiday visas.
This was a complete disaster. Due to a combination of discrimination and lack of understanding from hosts due to being LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent, including support and understanding to help me healed CPTSD trauma triggers I wasn’t aware of prior to starting, I failed all my volunteer placements. And because work exchanges for what are essentially the minimum wage paid jobs I'd be expected to apply for are not an option, I must torture myself via applying for jobs like I was doing before.
On the bright side, I've managed to gain experience in pet sitting, where I’d look after a home and pets while the host is away, so I’d be on my own most of the time. But this is unpaid, and I cannot do this abroad for money without a work permit. So if I can get a remote job, or at least a job I can do aroad in another country on a hybrid basis, I can leave.
only option i know of that dosent require a work permits are ireland or gibraltar (and gibraltar is sispended for now thanks to the brexit deal with spain).
I've done more courses, even while travelling around. even managed a couple of bylines. I'm skilled in writing, SEO, video and audio editing and more. I've done all the studying. i just need someone to give me a **** job so I can leave the UK and finally have a life worth living, free from abuse (not just from individuals, but from a deeply classist, bigoted cesspit country) for the first time in my life.
the DWP are useless, aside from paying me money. if anything, having to change jobcentres constantly has been a burden in its own right. they won't help unless i commit to staying in one location. if I didn't need UC, i'd close my claim.
Because of this constant stress and instability, I’ve been unable to make much progress on anything work wise, whether it's applying for job applications or networking. once i'm done applying for onward volunteering or housesits, I have almost no capacity for any jobseeking. yet signing off as unfit for work long term has not, and never will be, an option.
So, what do I do now? Where do i get support to access job opportunities for roles outside the UK? or remote work? or someone to literaly give me a stable job i can do, because i don't have the capacity to do a full jobsearch, [Removed by moderator - inappropriate content] like most people my age are expected to? and where is best suited for me to get specific advice for my situation?
[And no, I don't need to, nor will I respond to a wellbeing email from the mods. I am overwhelmed but otherwise fine, i just need a plan]

Pardon my ignorance, but how does your sexuality come into home sitting etc.

because volunteering hosts are errenously reading me as transgender and discriminated against me accordingly. I'm not trans, but I am one of the cis women who has been harmed by the fallout of the April 2024 For [Some Far Right] Women Scotland ruling though.
the irony is thanks to being a neurodivergent girlie, i cannot present 100% stereotypically feminine. i'd love to wear makeup every day, but it's sensory hell on my face.

Are they all that bothered about your sexuality, surely that is irrelevant to most people these days? Sorry to here you have been discriminated against because of it.
