'Phone appointment for work support-health' confusion while on UC LWCRA
Hi there
I've been on ESA (IR & CBA) for a few years. I migrated from income related to Universal Credit in Feb this year (Still on CBA for background along with PIP). I'm on LWCRA also. I received the UC50 form as it is usually around this time I receive the questionnaire every 18 months or so. I've just filled it in and about to post it. That was my last message in my journal telling me they would be sending me the UC form. I didn't reply but I'm posting it back in a few days. Anyways today I received a message in my To Do list saying I've a 'phone appointment for a work support-health' at the end of this month. I'm just wondering what the purpose of this is and do I have to do it? It doesn't say it's voluntary but a quick Google rabbit hole says it can be but it's still a bit vague and suggests info about work coaches etc which I have no experience with we like I said I'm in the support group. Can anybody help me figure this out? I'm hoping when they receive my UC50 form maybe they'll cancel the phone app and they're just contacting me as they've had no reply from the previous message stating they were sending me the questionnaire? Sorry I'm spiralling with anxiety and I never usually receive messages in my journal. I'm hoping my form will give them all the info they need. Sorry for rambling & i'd appreciate any help.

The UC50 form goes to the health assessment agency and not Universal Credit.
I would add a message on your Journal querying why you have received an appointment when you receive LCWRA element. Ask specifically if it's voluntary.

Okay that makes sense. It's just the timing of the UC50 reassessment & this phone appointment has me second guessing as like I say I've had no real interactions with the journal or UC apart from verifying my identity initially as part of the migration back in February. I suffer with terrible anxiety as you can probably tell but thank you so much for the advice & getting back to me so quickly. I really appreciate it.
