UC Review

Hello, I've just been contacted by UC regarding review. I sent ID & bank statements 2 months ago. I noticed that the person referred to themselves as the new claim review "expert". It says

"My name is Phoebe, I am the new Claim review expert"

I previously had a review and their the title was just "agent". Does the term "expert" mean something ie. It's gone to enhanced review team?

This time its also being dealt with by different address:

"Universal Credit Claim Review (Delivery Partner Team 03) (Virtual) Jobcentre Plus"

Can someone advise please?

Hi im sure they randomly award themselves titles which probably just means the same , im waiting to have a review and when contacted its been from everyone all over the country .
