It's warmer outside than inside where I am today. Bright sunshine and very few clouds.

I'm bundled up in a thick jumper today. It's a bit chilly, but then I've just seen a bumble bee outside so it can't be that cold out there! Stay cosy ☺️

I’ve not had heating on today and it’s not been the warmest to say the least. I’ve got pjs on, fleece lined slippers and an ankle length fleece hoodie. Clicked the heating on to timer when I got up, thankfully kicked in this afternoon.

It's funny you saying that.I was thinking yesterday the last time I had a good night's sleep. It was before my son was born.Only because obviously through the baby years (obviously) then he went through a period of sleep walking. Then there were other issues, now he has adhd and autism and and im always on high alert at the slightest sound in the night.Ive tried earplugs but I think its way too dangerous incase something we're to happen and I can't hear.Anyway I've totally gone off track

one room that is always cool, is I always have the small window in my bedroom open. My late Grandad always said “Never Sleep Without A Window Open” something I’ve always stuck by.

@passerby very interesting. In my teenage years In my twenties I used to sleep about 9 hours atleast.I think people's sleep is disturbed for so many different reasons. But its so very important to function.I probably get around 6 solid hours as I go to bed at 10pm but awaken a few times a night ( no idea why,but pain plays a role too).

I understand completely.I only go at this time because its the same time my son goes to sleep in his room.If I dont try and sleep then with my sleeping pill ( nothing strong, just an antihistamine type pill) then I wont sleep at all.Like you though things are constantly on my mind.Stupidly I was trying to remember the name of my sons Elf ( he couldn't remember it).I brought ot out for decoration and obviously only he and I know the name of it.Its silly things like this that send me insane where I feel I have to remember the name.Nobody can help.On this occasion I remembered but its been happening alot recently

I have been taking these for about 6 years and haven't had any issues.I mean I intend to continue taking them but im on other medications lifelong so I don't see an issue in my instance as they are not as bad as something like zopiclone and I have never had any side effects
