Breakfast?
For those of you who eat it, what do you have for breakfast?
I always wake up feeling really sick and end up nibbling plain biscuits to settle my stomach 😅 And because I like to go on a walk earlllly if I don't eat before I go, I get quite lightheaded
I'm wondering if I just need a good breakfast but what do people even eat for breakfast??
As a kid I only remember having cereal but the thought of soggy cornflakes doesn't do it for me any more. What do you have for breakfast (or whatever your first meal of the day is??)

Wholemeal toast with a thin scraping of butter. Boring but reliable for my digestive system.

Fruit yoghurt.

2 gluten free crispbreads with peanut butter and Greek yoghurt; or, one half slice of gluten free toast with scraping of butter. Or a rich tea biscuit. Many days nothing until lunch which is only meal of day.
I know what you mean about cornflakes. When I was little we often had pobs (white bread with hot milk and sugar 🤣🤢).

I love wholemeal bread and toasted is even better! Do you eat similar things for lunch too?

I haven't had a yoghurt in years @luvpink, I think most recent time I unknowingly ate one with 'bits' in and it put me off 😅 any particular flavour you go for?
Do you often do just one meal a day? I know others have mentioned that in past too, do you find it works well @Santosha12?

It's funny/strange how I've got used to it and it is every day. I would not recommend it as being healthy though (c 800 - 1100 calories a day) but in my case I cannot eat what would be considered to be a normal, balanced diet whereas others who eat once a day maybe do.
I have pancreatic failure and cannot absorb or digest food (so no macro or micro nutrients either), the medications that should help to absorb/digest are tough on my kidneys so I've reduced the medications without medical help as cannot get an appointment but I've arranged a blood test for next week. If it's a better result than I'm expecting I'll up my dose again and can then eat a bit more 😋!

Yep. Wholemeal toast with a slice of low fat, low taste, hard cheese for lunch. Again, boring but reliable.😄
