    Hi,

    Valves will be included with tyres as consumable parts. Not normally covered under warranty. Unless this is a brand new scooter bought directly from Greenpower?

    If you have a local bicycle repair shop, it would be worth asking them how much to fit a new tyre valve.

    HI ACEVENTURA,

    I THINK YOU MAY FIND THAT YOU CAN SCREW THE VALVE BACK IN IF YOU HAVE IT. NOT EASY IF YOU CANNOT SEE. HALFORDS WILL SELL REPLACEMENT YALVE CORES IF YOU CAN GET THERE, VERY UNFORTUNATE, I WISH I COULD BE OF MORE HELP BUT BEST OF LUCK ANYWAY. REGARDS JIMMER,

    Sorry to hear this happened to you, especially with such a new scooter. A valve blowing out after only two months really does sound like a mechanical or installation issue, not normal wear and tear. It’s understandable that you’re frustrated, especially with the repair cost they’re quoting.If customer service isn’t helping, you could try asking Green Power for a formal written explanation of why they consider this “not included,” since valves aren’t listed anywhere in their excluded items. You may also want to mention that the scooter is still very new, which strengthens your case.You can also request contact details for someone higher up, such as a manager or complaints department, if they aren’t willing to share director emails.Hope you’re able to get this resolved quickly.

    @aceventuraI can't find a CEO email - there is a name "Ian Mellor" ?

    There is also "Jill Mellor" as the NEW CEO - on https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=directors-17633927

    I assume that you have tried Info@MobilityPower .co.uk ?

    Companies house says
