Hi @johnron. Before completing a change of circumstances it's good to consider if it's actually necessary as it can stop, increase, or decrease the amount you receive. If your daily living and mobility needs have changed then you should let them know. If your conditions have worsened but your needs are still the same, you don't need to tell them. I hope I've not made that sound too complicated!
You should be paid whilst the form is with them and they will contact you to let you know if they're going to do a review or not.
