Hi, my name is poppy12327!
Hello, am new to this site , I was wondering if anyone can answer this question please, my mum as carers an there allocated time is 30mins, sometimes the carers are not there for this and stay at the most 15 mins , I find this unacceptable and am getting onto the care agency 😡bearing in mind my mum will be self funding for her care for the time being, have I got a right to complain? Thanks for your time 👍

Hi @poppy12327 and a warm welcome to the community from me!
I'm sorry to hear about this, from what you've described I would think that you do have a right to complain especially as your mother is self funding and the carers have been allocated for half hour! Do you have the contact details for the carers agency?
