HSF housing social fund
Morning everyone, just need some help.
I had a call on Friday 7th Nov in regards to the HSFund and was confirmed my application was successful and recieved an email saying payment will be made in 21 days.. which is fine.
However I have now been told the following ;
Your application has been submitted to BVSC the Financial Administrators and they will process your application further. Please note that you completed your application form on Friday 7th November 2025 and the process to receive a payment (if approved) can take up to 21 working days to be completed, if you have not heard from us and/or received your payment by Monday 8th December 2025, then please contact us and we can investigate further for you.
I have gone back and asked why was it in brackets (if approved) when I've already had confirmation that I have been and was advised I havnt been approved and that its with the mentioned above team who will be in contact with me.
Now I'm left confused and slightly baffled has anyone else had a similar process with the application? Or if anyone can share their experiences. I am aware I'd have to wait up u til the 8th December anyway which is fine but I'm abit like they have contradicted their own advice abit or am I just reading it wrong?
Thanks for help in advance :)
