Hi, my name is Anniemack! Should I have been moved into the LCWRA group?
hi there can somebody please advise me I have just done the migration from ESA to UC. I also have enhanced rate of daily living and standard rate of care PIP after a migration from DLA 9years ago before that, I was on lower rate of care and lower rate of mobility after I was awarded severe disability premium in my ESA would I be right that I should’ve been moved into the support group as well due to me receiving enhanced rate of daily living if that is the case, I have never been moved the premium I have remained in the capacity to work group which I was totally unaware of until the migration to I contacted and they have opened up an investigation to look at my ESA claim because I have not been assessed since 2010 and for some reason, I fell right under the radar now you see or asking me attend my doctors and ask them for a to I am not fit for work. Can somebody please advise me on what I should’ve been on when I was on would be much

You can receive ESA Work Related Activity Group alongside Severe Disability Premium.
An award of PIP enhanced and/or SDP doesn't mean you get moved into ESA Support Group.
It's the work capability assessment that decides on your ESA group.
