No. If your needs haven't changed, there is no need to inform PIP.

Hi @Lonnie07, welcome to the community. As OverlyAnxious says, this wouldn't be a change of circumstances unless you feel your symptoms have got significantly worse recently. You don't need to tell them if it's just a new diagnosis, they're more interested in how your conditions affect you.
