Access card

Hello! I have a question about access cards and how to use it as I'm a bit lost on how it all works. I was approved for the +1 and the no queuing which I'm really grateful for but i have no idea how to use it. I love going to concerts, it's one of the activities I refuse to stop doing since my conditions got worse but it does mean I have to spend a long time afterwards to recover. I'm going off topic... I was just wondering if anyone knew how to use the access card for concerts or events similar to concerts specifically for the +1 and no queuing? Thank you :)
