Hi Any advise would be appreciated. I am my son's appointee but sadly our relationship has broken. How do I end my position as his appointee. We longer talk. Thank you I'm advance.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I believe the procedure is to write to the DWP to ask to be removed from the role, or he can do it.
if he requires another they'll visit both parties to see if it's an appropriate arrangement.
all the best

Hi Thank you for your reply. I have written to the DWP and just waiting for a case manager to call from universal credit. I just want to end be the appointee. How they sort this issue is down to them. The relationship has broken down and we don't talk. Difficult situations but for my own sanity I have to remove myself.
