A quick . I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account on any . I go into my showing that my account is offline. How do I fix this please.

The option enable this account is already ticked, not sure what the problem is in connection with this. I have tried changing my password, and it says that this account already exist, I don’t understand what the problem is.
