Haven’t recieved payment

Hi, I’ve recently moved to England from Northern Ireland where i was in a support group and received esa, I have I formed the DWP and spoke to them today regarding my claim and was told it was still live and my payment would be in the bank today 2/12/25, I. Have checked my bank and I’ve had no payment, I suffer with extreme levels of stress and anxiety and this has spiked me massively, what do I do ?

    The only thing you can do is phone DWP in the morning (if you still hadn't had a payment) and find out why. Sometimes payments can be abit delayed and it may be there in the morning, they don't 100% always show straight after midnight.

    You can receive the payment any time today, so it isn't late until tomorrow.
