You get sticky tape to your lips and it won't stick to what you are wrapping because its all crumpled and its pulled the skin off.

, performing their iconic mashup "Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy," which was recorded in September of that year, just weeks before Crosby's passing. 

I didn't realise he died the same year 😞 14 October 1977

@Freesia123 I knew nothing about anything you posted, including the show or anything about Bing Crosby's personal life. It was a delightful show! How amazing that it was done in England with English cast. How appropriate for this forum! I just had to watch the Heroes video after. Classic. He changed the world with his music. Such a visionary. I saw him when I lived in Toronto back in the 90s. What a blessing to see him. In case you want to see it.....

It is special to millions, but it is also a time of sadness to millions.

I'm not religious, so have no interest in Christmas. My mum is very religious and so the Advent period leading up to Christmas, it is joyful and packed with special services, whose names i won't pretend to know.

It must be nice to believe passionately about something, but I have never believed it and probably never will. I remember at school, a priest's reaction to me stating I didn't believe. He whacked me around the head, nice.

You might find it helpful to get something that best symbolised Christmas to you and actually burn it. Just a thought.
