universal credit review
Hi to all.
Just had a message via my journal stating that they are going to call me in Wednesday of this week to review my universal credit claim, has any one had one of these recently as I am very anxious and dont know what to expect.
I am on LCWRA,as well as mobity for pip.I am on medication for depression, anxiety, and have ptsd,o.c.d and waiting on a autism appointment
It states the phone call is to make sure your payments are correct, and states you will need to send us information to confirm your details,
Any advice or help I would be grateful for,as right now I dont think I will sleep from worry and the unknown now what will happen.
Thankyou

Hi @Charlie5, these are quite common at the moment and lots of our members have been through them. Most people find it gets wrapped up fairly quickly and their payments stay the same.
There's some question and answers on our post about Universal Credit Reviews that you might find useful.
Usually they will ask to see around 4 months of bank statements and may also ask you about anywhere else you might spend or keep money like Paypal accounts, Monzo or other online accounts.
The questions can be a little different from person to person but will sometimes ask you about a few of your transactions. They may ask you some other questions about your UC claim, but usually nothing too complicated. If they need to see any further statements or information they'll usually put it in your journal or tell you on the call.
Hopefully it'll all go smoothly for you ☺️
