Universal credit making me ill again
Ive woken up to thus message in portal again saying you are getting Esa abd universal credit.Yiu need to inform Esa that you are claiming because its affecting the amount of universal credit you are getting I cant cope with them stressing ne out backwards and forwards like this anymore

They are automated system messages to prompt you to keep your circumstances up to date. No further action such as a reply is needed. You can ignore them if you are still getting NS ESA.
I get the same messages randomly, sometimes monthly for 3 months then not at all for 5. Mine are usually sent between 2-2:30am.

Thankyou @Kimi87 I think I vaguely remember you or someone else telling me something simular before but I totally forgot.When I get any messages from U c it totally freaks me out.I hate this system and I don't know why they send messages like this when or if they are pointless and cause so much stress and anxiety.Surely I can't be alone in this.I replied anyway

I am 100% on your side @Jane315STARX I have been similarly affected with constant messages from UC recently and i too am finding it very stressful.

@MrHappy I cannot stand U.C from September 2024 when the change over happened for me atleast and ever since.I think its horrendous.Not well thought out and someone should be sorting out these text messages if they automated why are they necessary if they are totally irrelevant as they amplify my anxiety.It may sound pathetic to those who dont understand but when you've also got other highly stressful situations going on its the last thing you need
