Adjustment
i had a pa come to work as and when i needed support.we was told he had to sign up which did. Now a year down the line the are saying he cant work and support me. He had put in 2 lots of information as said i cant be a refernce. Since i been working i not had a review or worked along side my manager much that i have spoken to adjustments about the support i need which is ongoing. This has come from another department. I felt i had no choice but to tell them some of my disabilitys. I feel i am being treated different and they are putting blocks in place for me to do my job. They saying a policy has changed and i not been sent or spoken to about this. Their been an adjustment that was failed to be put in place that i raised over 6 months ago i had to bring to their attenshion. I dont feel supported and feel they want me out the company because of my disability. I reported a problem i had with new equipment to a line manager that i had to fight to get sorted as was pulled up for not doing my job as was trying to use my phone because of this issue. I have never been given proper training and been left to get on with it but get in trouble if something wrong. I have flag this with adjustment but this is causing lots of work related stress
