Bizarre Questions at my Work Capability Assessment (WCA)
I had my WCA recently.
I was asked the following bizarre questions:
"How long does it take you to wash your hair?"
I replied, "I'm bald, so just a few seconds".
So I was then asked, "So how do you wash your hair?"
I replied, "I was h my scalp as I wash the rest of my body, with a flannel and soap".

@Bailey2025 A calculated guess could be they are checking how high you can lift your arms indicating no shoulder or arm issues.

This is a standard question to determine whether you can lift your arm above head height.

Hi @Bailey2025, that does sound like an odd question but as others have said, it's probably to check on your arm and shoulder mobility.
Were you asked any other strange questions? Hope your WCA went well!

Hi
no other strange questions, but it sounded like the 'healthcare professional' asking me questions was a young nurse straight out of college and I was her first client.
