Advisory parking bay application

Husband is in process of changing cars (not mobility ). It's going to be a week or so until it goes through. Should we get application in for advisory parking bay now or hang on until he has the new vehicle? A copy of the VC5 has to be sent so that's why wondering why it it's best to send new vehicle information or just submit it now?

    @Ikonik I would wait until you have the VC5 as this document is needed. I can't see anything being done until they have all documents or evidence of what is needed to be provided.
