Missed call from health advisory
Hi peeps, I missed a call from Health advisory service . I’d asked about a paper based assessment for new claim on pip due to ongoing mental health and a lot of things which briefly mentioned in the past . Anyway I only seen they had called , I’ve been also poorly with stomach flu so not well at all never mind just my mental health . I rang it knowing no one be on end of line as I wouldn’t dare ring through day as hate talking to ppl I barely communicate with myself never mind other ppl lol . It was an automated message saying , we called you but you don’t need to contact us we will contact you only if need too . Does this mean they have dealt with my new claim then and done the paper based assessment then ? I’m not getting hopes up and I just keep telling myself probs won’t get awarded. First applied in August asked for paper based assessment October then this call I missed was on Wednesday. Any ideas plz ? Thank you 🥰

@tracies1996 it is a standard message. The Health Professional company has started to look at your claim and they will only contact you if they need further information. If you sent in ample evidence and asked for a paper based assessment, hopefully that is what is being progressed. They will only contact you if they need further information, as I have said. I cannot comment further unfortunately. Keep calm and don't worry. Missing the call is nothing to worry about!
