TIME FRAME
Hi everyone,
just looking for some opinion as to timeframe. Had telephone PIP assessment on 3rd December what is the best and worst or usual timeframe as to when a descision is received?
Many thanks

Official timescales are anything up to 12 weeks for a decision.
There are many variables (whether the assessment goes for audit before being sent to DWP, individual Decision Maker workload etc) and nothing should be read into your decision that's taking longer than someone else's did.
You can contact PIP and ask for a copy of the report once they've received it, prior to getting the decision.

Welcome to the community @RoseintheSnow. Kimi87's already given a great answer to your question but I just wanted to pop in to say hello and welcome. Hope your PIP claim goes through nice and quickly and that you get the result you're hoping for. Best of luck!
