Advice needed
I was found fit for work with work capability last month (nov), i seen my work coach 2 days later and done the mandatory review thing and was told that if i put a fitnote in it had to say that my condition has worsened, i am waiting to see a surgeon on if it is Spine Stenosis or Epidural Lipomatosis, i have had balance issues and the shaking has gone from my leg up to my arm on times. when going to my doctors appointment on fri 12th dec i lost my balance and fell jarring my back, i seen the doctor and he said that my condition has worsened and that is why my balance is bad because it's something to do with something pressing on the nerves, he gave me Co_Dydramol to go with my Naproxen and put my Amitriptyline up to 3 a night, gradually over the next 3 weeks an di have to go back next month.
I put a fitnote in which the doctor gave me for 2 months saying my condition has worsened now my work coach is saying i've been found fit for work and they won't accept any fitnotes from me.
so i need advice please

I have rung them and asked for a copy of my assessment for wok capability and they just sent me a copy on what was attached to my UC journal, which doesn't say why i was refused, it just says about what they assess you on. when i done the mandatory thing my work coach said it had to be done there and then, i asked her to go through the letter with me but she just kept changing the subject.
when WC decision maker rung me they were more focused on my depression and anxiety than the spine stenosis/ epidural lipomatosis. which is why i have requested they relook at it.

Thanks for your message
You are able to re-start the health journey if;
- You have a new health condition (recorded on a fit note)
- If a current health condition has worsening AND IF A GP WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FIT NOTE STATEING WORSENING WHICH WILL THEN NEED TO BE SEEN AT JCP.
You will also need to declare that a health condition has worsened on Universal Credit (UC).
None of the above have been actioned.
I'm not sure what they mean ?

I'd recommend contacting a local welfare rights organisation for assistance.
