MR on phone/ worried sick
HubBy has just phoned dwp to request pip MR on 3 points.
He's sure his paper review wasn't even read based on decisions. Example wrote he needed help in/out shower plus help washing his back and hair due to pain in shoulders and neck. He got 0.
The Only extra evidence he had was hospital appointments , which he was asked to send in. He also put into writing the 3 areas.
How long is the process now ?
HHubby Is worried sick.
He initially got 11 points living and 12 mobility

Hi @Woodcock21
Unfortunately it's really hard to say how long the process will take now as there is a lot of backlog at the moment1 -
@Woodcock21 it is hard to put a timeframe on it. Try not to worry. Please keep us informed if you wish too and we will help where we can.

"The Only extra evidence he had was hospital appointments , which he was asked to send in".
Unfortunately they don't take appointment letters into consideration (or say they don't) and usually ask the claimant not to send these.
For my 2 unsuccessful claims over past 7 years (going to tribunal soon) i've included my hospital letters after the appointment which state the conditions, affects and what the clinician did. This is more than just an appointment letter. I've been a regular out patient at the hospital since 2018 with appointments every 6-9 months.
The PIP assessor and decision maker ignored all of this, as well as my GP record and medications for the same conditions. I get 0 points for everything.
