    Hi Emily I dont smoke and don't drink and dont drive but do lots of cycling ride to keep fit heart stay silm all the time I like go on long walk and I like travel on train round England to new place at weekends πŸ˜€ ian

    I think ADHD and ASD don’t define a person, but rather, just compliments their personality.
