Pension Credit

I'm due my pension along with my pension credit on Friday 2nd January. I got my pension which is only very little today but not my pension credit, that's strange I never got my pension credit as my circumstances haven't changed. This has never happened to me before. I've tried ringing them but my call keeps ringing out.

    In that case your pension payment wasn't officially due until Friday so I'm unsure why you were paid early. It might be down to how your bank processes the payments.

    If you don't receive the Pension Credit when due Friday, the only thing you can do is to ring them on Monday until you get an answer.
