PIP Paid early??
Hey everyone
My PIP is usually due on a Friday and my next payment was due Friday 2nd of January which isn't a bank holiday, For some odd reason my PIP was paid into my bank today and I was curious as to why?
I've tried calling the helpline but the queue time is pretty insane.
I know if the payment falls on a bank holiday they pay it early but mine wasn't due on a bank holiday.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Probably because nobody in the office tomorrow to press a button to send it to your account.

2nd of January is a Bank Holiday in Scotland. It's possible that all UK benefits count that as a bank holiday for payment purposes. I certainly wouldn't be worrying about why this payment has arrived a couple of days early at this time of year.

If you are in Scotland Friday is a Bank Holiday.
