Am I getting the right amount of benefits?

Hi I wonder if someone might be able to advise on if I’m getting the correct amount of benefit please.
I currently receive UC & PIP for myself. I also get carers allowance for one of my daughters as seemingly can only get that for one even though I care for both of them.
My UC payment currently consists of 1 carer element of £201.68, my standard amount of £400.14 & my transitional protection, with the carers allowance deducted.
Should I be entitled to the carer element for 2 even though I don’t get carer allowance for the other one?
Also what exactly is the benefit of applying for the CA if they take it off of you anyway?
Also if my daughter receives UC herself & is now looking to be put in the LCWRA group will I lose the carer element & if so should I then look to be put in that group too?
Sorry for all the questions, I’m so confused right now. I don’t want to be claiming for something I’m not entitled to & don’t want to cause the girls or myself any issues with getting support but if I am entitled to more or need to make any changes any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance 🤞🏽
