Hi , so basically i am having to re claim Limited work capability , I was awarded the benefit couple of months ago . I went on holiday for a meditation retreat , but got closed since I was there 6 weeks . However I didn’t know your claim gets closed when your on holiday over a month , with that being said my disability employment advisor knew I was going away for this long and she never made me aware ?

Anyways I have my assesment on Monday , is it all the same questions again ? My symptoms are still the same . Thank you in advance

    Hi,

If you've been called for another Work Capability Assessment then yes the questions are all the same as last time.

It would be very quick to get a new WCA date within a week or two though. (Based on the dates in your post). Are you sure this isn't just a UC appointment to provide ID and basic info to start a new claim?

    Hi,

Your first post says you were only awarded a couple of months ago. And it was then closed after you were away for 6 weeks. 2 months minus 6 weeks is only 2 weeks! That would have been very quick to get another WCA.

Now you say it was closed 5 months ago, before it was awarded? Sorry but I don't understand the timescale here. All I can say is that the WCA requirements are still the same as they have been for a while.
