Hello
This is a complicated one. I've been signed off by GP long-term sick. Still technically employed. Was awarded New Style Contributions based ESA. Been put in support group. Am now (first month) in receipt of a small pension from a previous employer and was given a small lump sum less than £5k and pension before tax is less than £150 per month.
I told DWP of this as I have terrible anxiety and fear of getting into trouble, They've sent me a form which asks me about my husband's pension details too. I'm confused as this is contributions based award so not sure why they need his, too.
