Hello,

I received a Message on my UC Journal today. It said the name of the person who sent it that would I like a chat about how they could help me with my confidence or towards work in the future. It said it was voluntary and if I did go for a chat, it wouldn't trigger a re assessment or how much UC I get. I am on LCWRA and suffer with anxiety, depression and OCD. It sent me into a panic. I replied and explained I wasn't ready. I just read a similar thread about the same subject. Is this anything to worry about and is it really voluntary? Thank You for any replies

Yes it's voluntary and no it isn't anything to worry about.

You might get the same message once more, you don't have to reply.

I received this message too and was advised I could ignore it. It arrived twice to me, ignored both times. Thankfully nothing happened to my support. It was frightening receiving the message so can relate. Hope you can feel reassured though that it will be okay :)
