hi I’ve just been told on the automated number how much my award is and what date it will be but it didn’t mention anything about my 5 month backdate , will this be paid once I get my letter or have you got to chase it up

    Backpay is calculated and paid separately.

    This can take several weeks at least, or arrive into your bank account before the letter comes through your door 🙃
