hi I phoned the pip automated line to see if it told me my next payment before I got the decision letter it said my next payment is 28th September its now January so I was confused have I been awarded or is this a mistake in their side? I told them all the details they asked for but it told me that on the automated line before it never did went straight to an advisor has anyone had this before

Are you in a pip review? It could be an error.. ring and speak to an adviser to put your mind at rest. Best wishes.

I’m waiting for a decision a decision was made Friday but the letter wasn’t sent out yet they said they couldn’t tell me Friday so I’m going to phone again today thank you

I thought I would of got the higher rate but I’m greateful of whatever I was given at least it will be some help now and yes a big weight of my shoulders my anxiety was going through the roof lol
