UC interview
I`ve received a message on my Journal to attend an interview and send certain details such as Bank Statements, I`m 71 years of age and haven`t a clue how to do all this PDF stuff online, cal I just take copies of my statements when I attend my interview?

The interviews are done by phone.
You can ask via your Journal if you can give paper bank statements at a Job Centre.
Alternatively, is there a friend or family member who can assist with a tech support visit?
