Quickie QS5X
Hey!
So after going back and forth considering which aid would be best for my disability, I think I've finally decided on an active powerchair with a power add on.
I trialled a Quickie QS5X yesterday and compared to the basic G-Logic Excel that I've had for nearly 3 years, it's so much easier to manoeuvre.
I don't want to rush into a purchase, as it's a lot of money to part with, so I'm just wondering if anyone has a Quickie QS5X and what you think of it?
If anyone has any model of a Quickie active chair, please could I be cheeky and ask for images so I can see a more realistic comparison of the colours? I've found the colours on the website vary to the pictures of the colours I have seen.
I quite like the neon orange and yellow 😆 but my mum certainly isn't keen on the yellow haha. I also like the sage-y green

Ahhh thank you @Chris75_
I've decided to have a wheelchair assessment and trialling more chairs just to make sure I'm getting the right chair
How do you find Quickie as a brand?

I heard Quckie are one of the best, made by Sunrise Medical. My local mobility shop weren't keen on supplying the Invacare powerchair I asked for on Motability. They said they prefer Sunrise Medical for resale value.
I tested the Q300, but went for my Q700M, with tilt and lift. It is a class 3 model. The 6mph one is best for traction outdoors. Mid wheel is a compromise, turns on a sixpence.

What's its top speed Chris? When I'm driving I always worry and try to be careful when overtaking someone in a power wheelchair.
