Ive applied for this benefits

3 oct 25 ive put in 3 sick note they have received information regarding my health from my GP start of jane yet im still awaiting new any info u can give

I'm assuming you've been sent either a UC50 or WCA50 form and returned it?

You'd need to contact the health assessment agency to enquire about waiting times for an assessment.

Yes it has been returned by my GP wen I ring for progress on my claim im told in being processed and they will be in contact in due corse ive never awaiting so long for any reply not even my pip

Unfortunately the WCA process does take time to complete, depending on what capacity the assessment agency has.

You can look on the assessment agency website at their complaints process, and make a complaint over the delay if you want to do so.
