Hi I ment have received my carers allowance on a monday and only got £20 out of my full payment off £83.30 I just want to no why I've been paid under the amount I usually get can someone help me get this solved please thank you

Do you receive any other benefits at all? Has anything changed in your claim?

Hopefully they'll be able to explain things to you.

Carers allowance is saying they sent the payment out I've been on my banking and it shows payment they but I haven't used it saying it's been spent so someone as took my bank card and used my payments without my concent what do I do ?

@jamesbailey92 as Michael says, it's a good idea to ring your bank if something doesn't look right. Does anyone else have access to your card?

Banks will usually have a fraud line to call if you suspect something isn't right. To be safe, just be sure to use the phone number listed on the official banking website.

I'm going to go on to my banking app now and speaking to them online as I think it is suspected fraud as I haven't used and made any payments with my card
