If you are award PIP for a certain number years, can they stop it before that time or will you continue to get.
Hi @Palmtree125 If you are awarded PIP for a set number of years then you should generally receive it for that time. However, it might be reassessed if your condition changes or if you have a review and they think you no longer qualify as onmylonesome said! But if your situation stays the same, you should continue to receive PIP as specified.
Thank you Mary_Scope, I suffer with extremely bad anxiety and depression i,m so scared it will be taken off me because I feel that im unable work at moment and had cancer last year, still mentally and physically dealing with it.
