Hi my daughter has been sent the forms for Pip but I’m waiting for a tribunal date for her Dla. (Awarded some but arguing about rate)
If she is refused pip and Dla ends can the Dla tribunal still go ahead and be potentially awarded. ? And just a back payment be made. ?
Been waiting for a date for nearly a year.
I am confident in the Dla rate we are appealing however pip is very different and it may be she is not awarded. Thankyou

Definitely seek legal advice about an appeal, the DWP are as tight as Pamela Anderson's tops when it comes to giving money out!

Yes, the DLA tribunal can still go ahead. The backpay would be awarded from the date of the previous decision until the DLA ended.
