already on lcwra reporting new health condition
Hi, I just wanted to ask a quick question. My partner is on lcwra and has been for some time. Last month he was diagnosed with cancer on top of everything else, does this have to be reported to universal credit or not? I have searched the internet and some no, and others say if you do it may lead to a wca which he doesn't need the pressure of now.
Thank You.

There is no need to report this to UC as he already has LCWRA.

Hello @jch261 and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm so sorry to hear about your partner's diagnosis. I can see you already have a response to your query so I just wanted to send my thoughts to you both. It sounds like a lot to cope with and I really hope you both get the care and support you need and that things improve for you both soon.

Thank You both for your quick replies and good wishes. At least that is one relief.
He is due to start Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy next week so tensions are high at the moment., for us both.
