Pip mandatory reconsideration
hi I’m new here and need some advice I get pip had my 3 year review I told them I can’t walk 25 metres witch they had put on my claim I put in for a mandatory reconsideration the lady phoned me went through some questions and told me she hadn’t looked through my claim but would phone me next day to discuss payments if she didn’t phone me I’d be getting a letter through the post this has confused me as does this mean my pip will be staying the same as it is I suffer with severe anxiety and all this has put a toll on my mental health I just wondered is this a normal thing for an accessor to say or do I’m now waiting for the decision to come through the post

It's quite common for them to call to clarify some information or check details after requesting a mandatory reconsideration, it doesn't automatically mean it is good or bad news. Have you had a decision through the post now?
