Returning car

As I rarely drive my motability vehicle, I am considering returning it. Im in my 4th yr after extending the same car after the 3yrs was completed.

I called the M Scheme and was informed I wouldnt need to pay the £250 fee as I was in an extension period. And that I wouldnt need to inform PIP, as they would do this for me.

So my Q is : Is handing my vehicle back classed as a change in circumstances? Ive looked online and I can see where anyone has raised this as an issue..

My condition is the same, and giving the car up is simply based on the little amount of times im able to drive.

Would this effect my PIP award of enhanced on both aspects
