Received the PIP decision letter today...
I received my PIP decision letter today and was awarded nothing at all, in fact, I scored 1 point out of the whole assessment! Feel like **** now, what should I do?

If you haven’t already done so, ask the DWP for a copy of your assessment report. That report shows what the assessor and decision maker actually based their decision on, and can be really useful for understanding why you scored the points you did and how to frame your challenge.
The first formal stage if you disagree with a PIP decision is to request a Mandatory Reconsideration. That’s where you write to the DWP explaining why you think the decision is wrong, referring to the specific descriptors you believe you meet and how your condition affects you. It helps to describe your day-to-day difficulties in detail and link them directly to the descriptors you think were scored incorrectly.
Once you’ve done that, you wait for the DWP to respond with their Mandatory Reconsideration Notice. If they still uphold the original decision, you may need to go on and appeal to tribunal.
