Hi, I transferred to LCW UC from ESA WRAG in January 2025. I told my work coach immediately that I thought I should be in LCWRA and provided my health conditions but was never asked for fit notes. They sent me a UC50 in February 2025 which I filled in and returned. I’ve finally had my assesment in February 2026 and have Thankfully been awarded LCWRA. I’m just wondering if I’m entitled to back pay? I was getting transitional protection which I know will now stop. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thankyou
