    yes, I have stated that I would like to visit a courtesan, just worried about the risk of getting an STI as I am immunocompromised, easily get infections. This would be my first time too

    That's not a thing I'd choose smucky, but no judgement here. As has been pointed out it's very exploitative and run by criminals in this country.

    If you really want to, Holland is the place to go. You'll have far greater choice available and the people who practice it over there are regularly tested for STIs and will be very careful.

    Apparently Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, and Latvia have also legalised it some degree, I expect they'd be similar.

    In Holland it's very open and appeared easy to access, I've lived and very frequently travelled over there. It's a beautiful country and as a wheelchair user I found their almost complete lack of hills made life noticeably easier. It really is flat!
