hi everyone I’m posting on behalf of my son . He’s 18 and is looking for work in the Southampton area. He has epilepsy but it’s well managed but is a bit shy . We’re finding it hard to get him into any kind of work . Wondering if anyone else has had problems getting work with a slight disability? Thanks in advance x
