Care package
Good evening.
I am awaiting a care package to be completed with social worker. I've had one visit but as its complexed my situation barriers and triggers a further 2 are needed.
I was transfered from legacy benefits for managed migration to uc with lrwa element and transitional protection payment.
Do they take into to consideration the transitional protection payment in the calculation for the financial asessment of your contributions r is this delegated.
I would appreciate any advice

Hi @charlie79, I'm sorry that no-one was able to reply. Did they use the transitional protection payment in their financial assessment?

Yes, TP would normally be included in LA assessment however, if you migrated from tax credits, this can be a complex calculation especially if you have children, best check with them
